“இன்று நவம்பர் 26 ஆம் தேதி டாபிந்து கூட்டமைப்பானது , பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான பாலின அடிப்படையிலான வன்முறைகளை எதிர்த்துப் போராடுவதை மையமாகக் கொண்ட 16 நாட்கள் செயல்பாட்டின் தொடக்கத்தைக் குறித்தது. இந்த குறிப்பிடத்தக்க நிகழ்வு பியகமவில் உள்ள PT. கார்டன் ஹோட்டலில், கட்டுநாயக்க, பியகம,கிளிநொச்சி, மற்றும் வவுனியா ஆடைத் துறை ஊழியர்களை ஒன்றிணைத்தது. சிவில் சமூக அமைப்புகளும் இதில்;கலந்து கொண்டன . பிரதம அதிதியாக Vraie Cally Balthazaar கலந்துகொண்டமை நிகழ்வின் சிறப்பம்சமாகும். இக்கூட்டத்தில் பணியிட வன்முறைகள், பொழுதுபோக்கிற்கான நடன நிகழ்ச்சிகள் போன்ற தனிப்பட்ட அனுபவங்களைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளும் தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் தொழிலாளர் பேச்சுக்கள் இடம்பெற்றன. சிவில் சமூக அமைப்புகளின் உறுப்பினர்களால் ஒரு பொதுவான கலந்துரையாடலுடன் விழா இனிதே நிறைவு பெற்றது
අද දින ඩාබිඳු සාමුහිකය විසින් කාන්තා ලිංගිකත්වය පදනම් කරගත් හිංසනයට එරෙහිව අවධානය යොමු කරන ලද දින 16 ක ක්රියාකාරකම්වල ආරම්භය සනිටුහන් කරන ලදී. කටුනායක, බියගම, කිලිනොච්චි, සහ වවුනියාව යන ප්රදේශවල ඇඟළුම් කර්මාන්තයේ සේවක සේවිකාවන් එක්රැස් වූ මෙම සුවිශේෂී අවස්ථාව PT. ගාර්ඩන් හෝටලයේදී සිදු විය. සිවිල් සංවිධාන ද මේ සඳහා සහභාගී විය.උත්සවයේ විශේෂත්වය වූයේ ප්රධාන ආරාධිත අමුත්තා ලෙස Vraie Cally Balthazaar පැමිණ සිටීමයි. මෙම රැස්වීමේ රැකියා ස්ථානයේ ප්රචණ්ඩත්වය, විනෝදාස්වාද නැටුම් ප්රසංග, සහ තවත් බොහෝ දේ පිළිබඳ පුද්ගලික අත්දැකීම් බෙදා ගනිමින් බලපෑම් සහගත කම්කරු කතා ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී. සිවිල් සංවිධාන සාමාජිකයින්ගේ පොදු සාකච්ඡාවකින් උත්සවය සුහදව අවසන් විය
“Today 26th of November Dabindu Collective marked the commencement of the 16 Days of Activism with a focus on combating gender-based violence against women. This significant event took place at Biyagama’s PT. Garden Hotel, uniting the apparel sector workers from Katunayaka, Biyagama, Kilinochchi, and Vavuniya and also CSOs.Highlighting the event was the esteemed presence of Vraie Cally Balthazaar as chief guest. The gathering featured impactful worker speeches sharing personal experiences of workplace violence, dance performances for entertainment. The day ended up with a common discussion facilitated by members of civil society organizations.”
